Established in 2014, Art Echo is a company that provides a focus on cultural and multi arts projects. Art Echo Gallery is under commercial management. Art Echo Foundation Incoporated is non-for-profit organization.

As a curator and artist, Echo Cai founded Art Echo as a space for displaying new and fresh bilingual arts, created by artists of overseas and local Chinese backgrounds.

From Eltham to Collingwood Victoria, and now located in Melbourne CBD, Art Echo is a dedicated venue for Chinese-Australian artist exhibitions and events to take place.
